The State Plant Board may issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses or production of books, documents, and records in the state in any hearing affecting the authority or privilege granted by a registration issued under the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1975, No. 410, § 17; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-243.
