The State Plant Board may cooperate, receive grants-in-aid, and enter into cooperative agreements or contracts with any agency of the federal government or this state or its subdivisions or with any agency of another state, in order to:(1) Secure uniformity of rules;(2) Enter into cooperative agreements with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to register pesticides under the authority of this subchapter and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, 7 U.S.C. § 136 et seq.; and(3) Cooperate in the enforcement of the federal pesticide control laws through the use of state or federal personnel and facilities and implement cooperative enforcement programs, including, but not limited to, the registration and inspection of establishments.Acts 1975, No. 410, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-241.
