The Director of the State Plant Board is authorized to cooperate with and assist the district Johnson grass control board and the supervisor in the control and eradication of Johnson grass in the district when requested to do so by the board or the supervisor.Acts 1967, No. 186, § 7; 1975, No. 287, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1707.
