Section 2-17-205 - Duty to enforce

The State Plant Board shall carry out and enforce the provisions of this subchapter and is empowered to:(1) Promulgate rules;(2) Carry out necessary inspections;(3) Appoint and fix the duties of personnel; and(4) Provide such equipment as may be necessary to enforce the provisions hereof.Acts 1979, No. 83, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1304.
