(a)(1) Before the issuance of a license under this subchapter, the public grain warehouseman shall file a copy of his or her schedule of charges for storage and other services with the Public Grain Warehouse Commissioner.(2) If the public grain warehouseman desires to make any changes in the schedule of charges during the license period, he or she shall file with the commissioner a statement in writing showing the change at least thirty (30) days before its effective date.(b) Each public grain warehouseman shall keep conspicuously posted the schedule of charges for storage and other services as so filed and shall strictly adhere to these charges.Acts 1979, No. 83, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1308.
