Subsequent to the issuance of an initial license under this subchapter, every applicant shall pay an annual license fee based upon the capacity of the warehouse. The fee shall be determined by the Public Grain Warehouse Commissioner but shall be no less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) nor more than eight hundred dollars ($800).Acts 1979, No. 83, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1307; Acts 1993, No. 783, § 3.
