Section 2-17-227 - Partial delivery

If a warehouseman delivers only a part of a lot of grain for which he or she has issued a negotiable receipt under this subchapter, he or she shall take up and cancel the receipt and issue a new receipt in accordance with the rules in this subchapter for the undelivered portion of the grain. The new receipt shall show the date of issuance and also indicate the number and date of the receipt first issued.Acts 1979, No. 83, § 32; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1332.
