Section 2-17-302 - Applicability

The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all public grain warehousemen and to the operations of public grain warehouses, unless the public grain warehouse is licensed under the provisions of the United States Warehouse Act, as amended.Acts 1981, No. 401, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1342.
