(a) As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) 'Commissioner' means the Public Grain Warehouse Commissioner, who shall be the Director of the State Plant Board or his or her designated representative;(2) 'License' means a license issued under § 2-17-201 et seq.; and(3) 'Warehouse' means a public grain warehouse licensed under § 2-17-201 et seq.(b) All other terms in this subchapter shall have the same meaning as the same terms used in the Arkansas Public Grain Warehouse Law, § 2-17-201 et seq.Acts 1983, No. 342, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1343.
