Section 2-17-406 - Publication of appointment

When appointed as a receiver under this subchapter, the Public Grain Warehouse Commissioner shall cause notification of the appointment to be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in each of the counties in which the licensee maintains a business location and in a newspaper of general circulation in this state.Acts 1983, No. 342, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1348.
