The actions of the Public Grain Warehouse Commissioner in connection with petitioning for appointment as a receiver and all actions under such appointment shall not be subject to the provisions of the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Acts 1983, No. 342, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1350.
