Section 2-17-413 - Temporary continuation of business

The Public Grain Warehouse Commissioner may, with the approval of the court, continue the operation of all, or any part of, the business of the licensee on a temporary basis and take any other course of action or procedure which will serve the interests of the depositors.Acts 1983, No. 342, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1355.
