As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Board' means the State Plant Board;(2) 'Person' means individuals, partnerships, corporations, associations, or two (2) or more individuals having a joint or common interest; and(3) 'Seed' means any agricultural seeds or plants used to produce a crop.Acts 1931, No. 73, § 1; Pope's Dig., § 12334; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-315.
