(a) Any person selling or offering for sale any fertilizer or fertilizer material in violation of a provision of this subchapter, of a rule made under this subchapter, or of a notice issued under the authority of this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation.(b) Upon conviction, an offender shall be fined in any sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 14, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1951, No. 106, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-714; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 11.
