Section 2-19-302 - Penalty

Any person who shall violate any provision of this subchapter or any rule adopted under this subchapter shall upon conviction be guilty of a violation and fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) for the first offense and not less than three hundred dollars ($300) for every subsequent offense.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 15, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1969, No. 353, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1908; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 12.
