Section 2-19-308 - Rules

The State Plant Board is empowered to enforce the provisions of this subchapter and to prescribe and enforce such rules relating to the sale or distribution of liming materials as may be deemed necessary to carry into effect the full intent and meaning of this subchapter.Acts 1969, No. 353, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1907.
