Section 2-19-406 - Rules

The State Plant Board is authorized to adopt such rules as may be necessary to administer this subchapter, including methods of sampling, methods of analysis, and designation of ingredient forms, and to promulgate definitions of identity of products.Acts 1977, No. 377, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-2110.
