It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale or to sell or otherwise dispose of any agricultural product in this state under any grade name or classification fixed for that agricultural product under the provisions of this subchapter or under any description, name, or designation which would reasonably be construed to refer to any grade name or classification fixed for that agricultural product under the provisions of this subchapter unless that agricultural product is graded or classified in conformity with the standard which may be specified for that grade or classification of the agricultural product under the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1925, No. 218, § 15; Pope's Dig., § 12397; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-514.
