Section 2-20-115 - Certificate as evidence

When not superseded by a finding on appeal of the grade, classification, quality, or condition of any agricultural product, a certificate issued under this subchapter and all certificates issued under authority of the United States Congress relating to grade, classification, quality, or condition of agricultural products shall be accepted in any court of this state as prima facie evidence of true grade, classification, condition, or quality of the agricultural product at the time of its inspection.Acts 1925, No. 218, § 8; Pope's Dig., § 12391; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-508.
