Section 2-20-116 - Misrepresentations

If any quantity of any agricultural product shall have been inspected and a certificate issued under this subchapter showing the grade, classification, quality, or condition thereof, no person shall represent the grade, classification, quality, or condition of the product at the time and place of the inspection as other than shown by the certificate.Acts 1925, No. 218, § 12; Pope's Dig., § 12395; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-512.
