Section 2-20-117 - Rule of agency

In construing and enforcing the provisions of this subchapter, the act, omission, or failure of any official, agent, or other person acting for or employed by any person, association, partnership, or corporation within the scope of his or her employment or office shall also be deemed in every case the act, omission, or failure of such person, association, partnership, or corporation as well as that of the official, agent, or person.Acts 1925, No. 218, § 17; Pope's Dig., § 12399; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-516.
