Section 2-20-206 - Failure to keep gin record

Any person or corporation owning or operating any gin within the State of Arkansas who shall fail to make and keep the record required in § 2-20-205 or who shall refuse or fail to permit its inspection by any of the officers mentioned in § 2-20-205 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, an offender shall be fined in any sum not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).Acts 1937, No. 318, § 2; Pope's Dig., § 3065; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-806.
