Section 2-20-301 - Title

This subchapter shall be known as the 'Arkansas Fruit and Vegetable Labeling Act of 1947', which is enacted in the exercise of the police powers of this state for the general welfare of the people of this state.Acts 1947, No. 343, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-601.
