Section 2-20-701 - Authority to regulate

Effective July 1, 1985, the State Plant Board shall have the authority and responsibility to regulate the harvesting, sale, artificial propagation, and exportation of Panax quinquefolius, referred to in this subchapter as 'ginseng'.Acts 1985, No. 774, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-140.
