Section 2-21-109 - Expiration of licenses

(a) Licenses shall be issued on an annual basis.(b) The date of expiration of the licenses shall be set by the State Plant Board in its rules and regulations made under this chapter.Acts 1919, No. 683, § 4; C. & M.
