Section 2-22-105 - Rules

(a) The State Plant Board may promulgate such rules, not inconsistent with this chapter, as it shall deem necessary for the proper enforcement of this chapter.(b) Rules shall be promulgated, issued, and enforced in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Acts 1977, No. 161, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-1730.
