Section 2-23-110 - Notice

The consumer and seedsman shall give written notice to the Department of Agriculture of the acceptance or rejection of the department's recommended terms of settlement within thirty (30) days from the date such recommended terms of settlement are issued by the department.Amended by Act 2023, No. 691,§ 43, eff. 7/1/2023.Acts 1991, No. 1024, § 2.
