Section 2-32-404 - Perfection of livestock lien

An owner's lien is perfected automatically from August 16, 2013, or the date a sales agreement is executed after August 16, 2013, without the need to file a financing statement or other type of documentation.Added by Act 2013, No. 499,§ 1, eff. 8/16/2013.
