Section 2-33-113 - Disposition of fees and revenues

All fees and revenues collected by the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission shall be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues to be credited to the Livestock and Poultry Commission Disease and Pest Control Fund.Amended by Act 2017, No. 1011,§ 12, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1981, No. 867, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-332; Acts 1991, No. 403, § 1.
