Section 2-33-114 - Federal Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission Fund

(a) There is created in the State Treasury a fund to be known as the 'Federal Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission Fund'.(b) Federal funds as may be allotted to the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission for maintenance and operation of its cooperative programs with the United States Department of Agriculture shall be deposited into the fund created in this section.Amended by Act 2017, No. 1011,§ 13, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1963, No. 450, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-314.
