Section 2-33-301 - Division of Markets and Grading

There is established a Division of Markets and Grading of the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission which shall have the responsibility of administering, under the direction of the commission, the provisions of the Arkansas Egg Marketing Act of 1969, § 20-58-201 et seq., as amended, and the Poultry and Egg Grading Program authorized by this subchapter.Acts 1965, No. 49, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-316.
