Section 2-33-305 - Intergovernmental cooperation

The Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission is authorized to cooperate with the appropriate federal agencies and the appropriate agencies of this state and other states for the purpose of coordinating laws and rules governing the interstate movement of eggs and graded poultry with a view of safeguarding the public health and quality of these products and at the same time endeavoring to eliminate interstate trade barriers.Acts 1965, No. 49, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-320.
