Any cattle producer may request and receive a refund of the amount deducted from the sale of his or her cattle if he or she makes a written application with the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration within forty-five (45) days from the date of sale, supported by copies of sales slips signed by the buyer and, if the application is filed before the annual accounting is made of the funds, not later than July 1 each year.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3293, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1983, No. 160, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-1908.
