It is the duty of the Department of Agriculture to maintain a publicly accessible record of all livestock currently in the custody of impounders within the state that shall include full details and at least one (1) photo provided by the impounder.Amended by Act 2023, No. 594,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2023.Rev.
