As used in this chapter and all laws referring to this chapter:(1) 'Fence' means a structure that is a boundary or barrier that limits human, livestock, or vehicle ingress or egress in an area; and(2) 'Livestock' means cattle, bison, horses, sheep, goats, asses, mules, and swine.Amended by Act 2023, No. 594,§ 6, eff. 8/1/2023.Amended by Act 2013, No. 960,§ 1, eff. 8/16/2013.Rev.
