It is the intent of the General Assembly that the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission will continue to vaccinate heifers on the farm and at the sale barns for brucellosis and will carry out all the practices of the commission which have brought the state to its current near brucellosis-free status.Amended by Act 2017, No. 1011,§ 63, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1993, No. 1174, § 19.
