(a) All blood samples submitted for official equine infectious anemia tests must be accompanied by a properly completed VS Form 10-11 (Equine Infectious Anemia Laboratory Test Form) or other form prescribed by the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission.(b) Proof of a negative equine infectious anemia test may be demonstrated through presentation of:(1) The original test record document;(2) An official electronic copy, as defined by the commission; and(3) Other forms as may be prescribed by the commission.Amended by Act 2017, No. 1011,§ 68, eff. 8/1/2017.Amended by Act 2017, No. 716,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1997, No. 1306, § 6.
