Section 2-40-818 - Fictitious names and erroneous information

(a) Test charts, permits, and other official forms must be completed in the name of the owner or the person responsible for the equidae.(b) No livestock auction facility operator or veterinarian may be held responsible for recording erroneous information provided by an owner, buyer, or seller.(c) The individual providing the erroneous or fictitious information shall be deemed to have violated this subchapter.Acts 1997, No. 1306, § 16.
