Section 20-10-103 - Post-acute head injury treatment facilities

(a) No certificate of need or permit shall be required under any law in connection with facilities offering head injury retraining and rehabilitation.(b) Post-acute head injury residential facilities shall not be eligible to receive any state Medicare or Medicaid moneys.Acts 1987, No. 602, § 3.
