All moneys received from the imposition of civil penalties levied by the state on long-term care facilities found to be out of compliance with the requirements of this subchapter shall be deposited into the Long-Term Care Trust Fund for uses as prescribed in § 20-10-209.Acts 1988 (4th Ex.
