(a) Any person who fraudulently alters, defaces, or falsifies any medical or other long-term care facility record or causes or procures any of these offenses to be committed commits a Class A misdemeanor.(b) A conviction under this section is also grounds for restriction, suspension, or termination of license privileges for the person.Acts 1999, No. 1181, § 5.
