Section 20-10-1904 - Impartial decision maker - Qualifications

(a) The impartial decision maker may be an individual or a committee of individuals employed by the Department of Health.(b)(1) An impartial decision maker shall be a nurse, a physician, a pharmacist, or any combination of nurses, physicians, or pharmacists, employed by the department.(2) Each person acting as an impartial decision maker shall be licensed by the State of Arkansas by their respective licensing agencies or boards.(c) All impartial decision makers shall undergo and complete surveyor training arranged by the Office of Long-Term Care.Acts 2003, No. 1108, § 1.
