Section 20-10-201 - Legislative intent

The General Assembly declares that this act is necessary to assure the effective and coordinated regulation of long-term care facilities and long-term care facility administrators within an orderly organizational structure of government at such levels of economy as are consistent with the state's policy of promoting high standards of quality in the services and to eliminate overlapping and duplication of effort.Acts 1979, No. 28, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-2217.
