(a) The Office of Long-Term Care shall promulgate and maintain pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq., separate rules, client rights, and sanctions for intermediate care facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities operations and for other long-term care facilities regulated by the office.(b) Rules which cover all facilities regulated by the office shall be included in each separate set of rules.
