Section 20-10-803 - Penalties

(a)(1) Any person who violates any provision of this subchapter or rules lawfully promulgated under this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation.(2) Upon conviction, that person shall be liable to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for the first offense and not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each subsequent offense.(b) Each day that the person performs home healthcare services after a first conviction shall be considered a subsequent offense.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1882, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1987, No. 956, § 5; 2005, No. 1994, § 111.
