The Director of the Division of Health Facilities Services may deny, suspend, or revoke licensure on any of the following grounds:(1) Violation of this subchapter or the rules lawfully promulgated under this subchapter; and(2) Permitting, aiding, or abetting the commission of any unlawful act in connection with the operation of the home healthcare services agency.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1886, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1987, No. 956, § 4.
