(a) Financial assistance under this subchapter shall be made by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.(b) The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences shall adopt reasonable rules for the administration of this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1915, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1993, No. 1107, § 2.
