(a) An ambulance service shall not in any way advertise to the general public the service areas, skills, procedures, or personnel certification levels which it cannot provide on every emergency request, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.(b) The service area shall be clearly identified in writing and shall be on file with the Department of Health.Acts 1997, No. 1255, § 5.
