Arkansas-licensed emergency medical services personnel shall notify the Division of Emergency Medical Services of any conviction of or plea of guilty or nolo contendere to any offenses listed in § 20-13-1106(a) within ten (10) calendar days after the conviction or guilty plea or plea of nolo contendere.Acts 1999, No. 666, § 4; 2009, No. 689, § 18.
