(a) The Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council and the State Board of Health shall adopt rules to implement this subchapter.(b) The rules shall consider quality assurance and adequate data collection to evaluate the utilization and effectiveness of the community paramedic licensure program.Amended by Act 2017, No. 264,§ 2, eff. 8/1/2017.Added by Act 2015, No. 685,§ 2, eff. 7/22/2015.
